Hi Dive Families!

Before we get into the weekend, I wanted to send info about our next dive meet Tuesday, June 9, against Blairwood at the Lake Forest Lodge Pool. 

Please read this email carefully, as there are a few items that need your attention.

Please let me know if your diver will be attending by:

Please send a YES or NO as soon as possible. This helps tremendously with planning.

📍 MEET INFORMATION

Location: Lake Forest Lodge Pool

Warm-Up Times

6U, 8U, 10U

• Arrive by 4:50 p.m. (ready to get in the pool)
• Warm-up: 5:00 p.m.
• Meet begins: 5:30 p.m.

11 & Over (tentative based on the younger age groups, but please plan for the following):

• Arrive by 6:00 p.m. (ready to get in the pool)
• Warm-up: 6:15 p.m.
• Meet begins: 6:45 p.m.

🌦️ WEATHER

We will dive in light rain. However, please keep an eye out for weather-related updates, delays, or cancellations via email and the LF Swim & Dive Facebook Group.

We try to avoid canceling meets whenever possible, as they can be very difficult to reschedule.

🙋 VOLUNTEERS NEEDED

We are required to provide 2 volunteers at the scoring table throughout the meet.

I am looking for:

• 2 volunteers starting at 5:30 p.m.
• 2 volunteers for the older age groups once the younger divers have finished, approximately 6:45 p.m.

The job is easy, and no experience is necessary! You'll help record judges' scores, add totals, and assist with ribbons.

Please let me know if you can help. We cannot run the meet without volunteers!

📋 DIVE REQUIREMENTS

I have attached a quick reference guide showing the dive requirements for each age group, including the number and types of dives needed.

Don't worry if it seems confusing—it's simply a resource for families who are curious. We will make sure every diver knows what they need and is prepared for the meet.
