2025 Dive Practice Schedule
Please check back often for updated information. Practice is not mandatory but the more practices you attend, the better results you will see. The age group times below are suggested, but flexible if your child needs to practice at an earlier or later time.
Dive practices
Tuesday* - Friday (starting May 27):
10 and under age groups: 5:30 - 6:30 p.m.
11 and over age groups: 6:30 - 8 p.m.
Saturday (starting May 31):
10 and under age groups: 11 a.m. - 12 p.m.
11 and over age groups: 12 - 1 p.m.
Exceptions:
*Starting June 3, the Tuesday night practices will be replaced with dive meets.
DIVE MEET SCHEDULE:
June 3 – Intrasquad at Lake Forest Lodge
June 10 – Home vs. Blairwood
June 17 – Away at Douglas Hills
June 24 – Home vs Plainview
July 1 – Away at Blairwood
July 6 – Dive Championships at Plainview

Meet warmups for 6 and unders, 8 and unders, and 10 and unders will start at 4:30 pm. Meets will start at 5 pm. Times will be confirmed prior to meets. Warmups for the older divers for meets will start at 6:00-7:00 pm based on the number of divers in the meet.
The start time of Dive championships is 8 am. All meets are run in age order starting with 6 and unders and ending with 18 and unders.
