Hi everyone! Some quick helpful tips for new parents. Several of you have asked, so I figured more of you may have the same questions!

1. To declare for meets:

• Go to www.lakeforestswim.com
• Log in with the same log in you used to register.
• Under events, you’ll see our upcoming Dolphin Kickoff and all the meets.
• This is where you will RSVP and also where you can select attending/not attending for each meet.
• This is also where you can add any info you want the coaches to know

2. Next, download the SwimTopia app.

• Log in using your same log in from our swim website.
• You should now see all upcoming events and meets and what jobs you have signed up for
• This is also where you will see all the information for your child’s events for meets. It will also show you your child’s times and how they did at the meet.

3. Your child will receive their team tshirt and cap at Dolphin Kickoff. If you can’t make it tonight, we will have them tomorrow at practice or before the meet.

4. If you ordered clothing before May 10th, we have your order and will have them at the kickoff tonight for pickup.

5. To get our team suit, go to Swimville on Shelbyville Road. They’ll make sure your kiddo gets the right sizing and then they put the logo on for you there. It only takes a few min! If you do not want to purchase the team suit, your child may wear just a plain black suit. 

6. During the meets, you can use an app called Time Drop to see event results in real time. You’ll receive an email with a code for our swim meet. It also uploads to SwimTopia but it’s usually slower than Time Drop.
