Hi Lake Forest Families,

I’m reaching out to invite your kids to be part of the Lake Forest Dive Team this summer.

Dive is a great fit for kids and teens who enjoy gymnastics, cheer, trampolines, or just jumping off the diving board. No experience is needed, just a willingness to try something new, build confidence, and have fun as part of a team.

Good news for swim families: kids can participate in both swim and dive. Practice and meet schedules do not conflict, so they can easily do both.

We would especially love to grow our group of older kids and teens. Many teams have strong, social groups of older divers, and we’d love to build that here. Encourage your kids to join with friends. It makes it even more fun.

Dive Demos & Questions
We plan to have dive demos during the Dolphin Kickoff at the lodge, and I plan to be there and am happy to answer questions anytime. Feel free to email, text or call me at 502-802-1087 or [email protected]. 

Practice Schedule (Starting May 26)
Tuesday to Friday:
• 10 and under: 5:30 to 6:30 p.m.
• 11 and up: 6:30 to 8:00 p.m.

Saturday:
• 10 and under: 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
• 11 and up: 12:00 to 1:00 p.m.

Note: Starting June 2, Tuesday practices will shift to dive meets.

• June 2: Intrasquad at Lake Forest Lodge
• June 9: Home vs. Blairwood
• June 16: Away at Douglas Hills
• June 23: Home vs. Plainview
• June 30: Away at Blairwood
• July 7: 11 and up Dive Championships at Lake Forest
• July 9: 10 and under Dive Championships at Plainview

Meet the Coach
We’re excited to welcome back Head Dive Coach Robert Toole. He has a strong background in both coaching and competition and brings great experience and energy to our program. He is dedicated, patient, and an excellent coach for new divers.
