Welcome to the 2026 Lake Forest Swim & Dive Team! We are so excited to make this swim season the BEST one yet! 

Don't forget -- We are having a Dolphin Meet & Greet THIS Wednesday, April 22nd from 6-7 PM at the Lodge! Stop by to meet the coaches, find out what's new this summer and get any of your questions answered.

We also really need more used team swimsuits and jammers to sell! If you have a suit that won't fit your kid this summer, now is the best time to get rid of it! We WILL have a new team suit this summer, but will allow swimmers to still wear their old suit. These also make great practice suits!

If you would like to sell, please follow the instructions below:

On an index card or cardstock put:

• Your name
• Size of suit
• Your phone number
• Your venmo
• Price

Attach the card to the suit using a safety pin. Drop off on the porch at 606 Lake Forest Parkway. Please drop these off as soon as possible!

Other important dates to add to your calendar:

• May 28th Official Dolphin Kickoff at the Lodge pool! Pool will be closed to Swim Team ONLY! We are making this event BIG this year -- so don't miss it! (This will be in the evening)
• June 1 - First meet at Springhurst
• June 8 - Home meet vs Owl Creek
• June 15 - Home meet vs Glen Oaks
• June 22 - Meet at Woodhaven
• June 29 - Home meet vs Lakeside
• July 6 - 11 & over Quals at Lake Forest
• July 8 - 10 & under Quals at Springhurst
• July 12 - Champs at Owl Creek
