Attached is the heat sheet and lineup for Monday's 11 and over Quals at Lake Forest's Lodge Pool. Please be in the team area and ready to swim by 4:30 as we have first warm up at 4:50 and the warm up times are shorter than usual. There will be different designated areas for each team since all Division 2 teams are there at once. Please see attached map.  We will be located on the adult pool deck.  Unfortunately, the showers in our restrooms will be unavailable during the meet.

Remember there will be Clerk of Course for Quals and Champs where swimmers will be lined up prior to their event. All swimmers must go through Clerk of Course and sit in the chairs before each event - swimmers cannot just walk up to the start themselves.

Top 12 swimmers plus 2 alternates in each event will move on to Championships. Alternates very frequently swim so PLEASE still come to Champs if you are an alternate. Plus we will be sending an A and B relay in each of the relay events to Champs so there will be lots of swimmers swimming at Champs even if they did not move on in an individual event. (Those relay lineups will be published in a couple of days).
