I can't believe we are already wrapping up June!  

• This will be our last week of evening practices.
• We will have an Ice Cream Practice on Wednesday, July 3rd after each age group session!  :)

Our meet this week is at Woodhaven Country Club, 7200 Woodhaven Rd, Louisville, KY 40291.  The heat sheet is not yet available; we will send it when we have it.  They are strict about outside food and drink, so please keep that in mind.

• Swimmers should arrive at 5:15 pm to be checked into your age group tent.  Warm-ups will begin at 5:30
• Volunteers should check in with Lisa at the volunteer table.  All volunteers need to check in with Volunteer Coordinator, Lisa Heineman, at the Lake Forest Volunteer Table by 5:00. Tents should be set up by 5:00. (If you do not show up and check in, your credit card will be charged $100 for each missed meet you were supposed to volunteer.) 
• Please see the following for notes from our host.
  
  • Please remind your parents that NO coolers are allowed inside the club. Our snack bar and bar will be open for food, beverages, and adult beverages. We will have someone at the gate, who will ask parents that show up with coolers to please take them back to their cars.
  • Kids are able to bring in an empty water bottle, we have a water bottle refill station available.
  • Your team area will be on the far side of our large family pool closest to the gate by the new slides. Please help us keep kids/family members out of the large family pool during the meet.
  • Timers and Officials meeting will take place at 5:40, at the head table/tent.
  • All 25's will start on the slide end of the pool. Again, please help us keep kids off the slides.
