Unfortunately, if you are receiving this email, we did not receive a declaration for your swimmer(s) for Monday's meet. For each meet, your must log-in to the website and let us know whether or not your child will be attending. This is very important as coaches and volunteers spend days ahead of the meet coordinating events and finalizing the heat sheet to work for both teams. Please let us know by 12:00pm Friday whether your child plans to participate by responding to this email. If we do not receive a response by that time, we will assume they are not coming and they will not be assigned an event. Now is a good time to declare for the whole season. You can always make changes until the Wednesday before each meet! Let us know if you have questions.
