Hi everyone and welcome to our 2023 Season. Below are a few important announcements as we begin our season:

1) Sponsorships Our sponsorship deadline ends this week and we are short of our goal. If you know a local business that would be interested in sponsoring us, please reach out to Carlie Peyton at [email protected] as soon as possible. Own a business? Sponsor at the gold level and be exempt from regular season volunteer requirements! Without sponsorships, we will be forced to increase registration fees.

2)Handbook Attached is our 2023 handbook. If you're new to summer swim, this is a great place to find answers to common questions and learn what to expect from our season.

3)May practices & Dive demos The pool is ready for our May practices! We'll offer casual practices to get the kids back in the water. The dive team will also be on hand to offer demos and a chance to try out the board! You can add a dive registration for your athlete without a late fee! See days/times below:

May 16, 18, 23, 25

5-6:30: dive demos

6-7: 11 and older swim

6:30-7: 6 and under swim

7-7:45: 7-10 years old swim

4)Dolphin Kickoff See our website lakeforestswim.com, for details and to RSVP for free pizza, celebration, and parent meeting during practice on May 25^th!

5)Regular season begins May 30 We will begin regular practice schedule the Tuesday after Memorial day for those whose school is not in session.

6)Announcer and Stroke & Turn Judges needed Contact Lisa Heineman at [email protected] for more information. Stroke and Turn judge training information is below. We cannot run meets without these positions filled, please consider helping in this way.
