Champs are on Sunday morning! EVERYONE please check through the Relay list below to see if your swimmer is in a relay.  Also check one age group older too and see if your swimmer is "swimming up" in the next age group to help make up a relay in a group where the numbers are small. 

Even if you are NOT coming to Champ please check through this list and double check that your swimmer's name IS NOT ACCIDENTLY on this list.  We do not want any surprises on Sunday morning when someone the coaches listed for a relay is not present.  If anyone gets sick or can't come Sunday between now and then please contact Coach Olivia immediately:  (864) 525-9197.

Champs begins at 8:00 am at Owl Creek Subdivision 10607 Hobbs Station Road, Louisville, KY 40223.  (DO NOT go to Owl Creek Country Club in Anchorage).  Please arrive and check in the age group tents by 7:20.  We have the last warm up at 7:40.  However, if you arrive close in time for this check in and warm up you are guaranteed to not park anywhere close as other teams will be arriving as early as 6:30 am for 7:00 warm ups.  So plan some time for a long walk from street parking the car to the pool or come early to get a better parking place.  At the end of this email are the details from Owl Creek about concessions and other info.  Attached is a map of Owl Creek that shows where out team area will be.

FROM OWL CREEK:

• Clerk of Course- Please walk around front of lodge to enter clerk of course. No swimmers will be allowed to enter Clerk of Course from pool area (except Coaches that are also swimmers). Please give a list of those coach/swimmers to the clerk on Sunday. (Note: Driveway/Parking lot to lodge will be blocked off to traffic Sunday)
• Concessions will be available for purchase
• Children will be allowed to start on the “red” upper part of deck or in the water
• Portable Toilets will be placed around team area. You are welcome to use those of the ones in the gym area.
• No paint will be allowed on swimmers or in pool area
• Spectators are allowed on both “long side of the pool”. We ask to be courteous and not “set up” on the deck so that all families can watch their child when it is their event.
