Attached is the heat sheet for Monday's 11 and over Quals at Lake Forest's Lodge Pool.  Please be in the team area and ready to swim by 4:45 as we have first warm up at 5:00 and the warm up times are shorter than usual.   (There will be different designated areas for each team since all Division 2 teams are there at once.  We will send out a map later today).  

Remember there will be Clerk of Course for Quals and Champs so all swimmers must go through Clerk of Course and sit in the chairs before each event - swimmers cannot just walk up to the start themselves.  

Top 12 swimmers plus 2 alternates in each event will move on to Championships.  Alternates very frequently swim so PLEASE still come to Champs if you are an alternate.  Plus we will be sending an A and B relay in each of the relay events to Champs so there will be lots of swimmers swimming at Champs even if they did not move on in an individual event. (those relay lineups will be published in a couple of days).
