Each swimmer can swim up to 3 individual events at Quals. If your swimmer has qualified in more than 3 events you may make requests to the coaches for which events your swimmer prefers to swim at Quals. This does not guarantee that the coaches will be able to honor all requests. They made need to spread the swimmers in the age group out (so our best swimmers are not all swimming the same event and knocking each other out) to score the more points for the team at Champs. No relays are swum at Quals.

There will be a tab at the bottom of the google sheet that have labels for each age group. Please place your child's name in their age group under boys or girls, this will ensure the coaches are able to see all the kids from each age group to place them in events when doing entries. This is extremely important because coaches cannot search the entire google sheet for your child's name if they have been placed in the wrong age group tab.
