Registration for 2022 Lake Forest Swim & Dive Team runs through May 15, 2022. After May 15 there will be a $50 late fee for swim team registration. Anyone registering for swim or dive after May 15 will not be guaranteed a team shirt and will not be able to order Spirit Wear. Absolutely no registrations for swim team can be accepted after May 31, 2022.

You can register for either swim, or dive, or both, by going to Lake Forest Swim & Dive Team’s website at www.lakeforestswim.comand clicking on-line registration. All registrations must be done on-line. Payment for the team fee will be done on-line with credit card at the time of registration.
