Usually we gather all the new parents at our pre-season Dolphin Kick Off Pizza Dinner and explain to all the new parents how Lake Forest Swim Team works, how swim meets run, how to sign your swimmers up for meets, how to select your volunteer jobs, how to know what races your child is in at a meet, how to get to champs, etc. 

This year we will do it by Zoom instead. ALL NEW SWIM FAMILIES please join the Zoom at the link below to hear all this important information so you will know what is going on this summer.  This is a VERY IMPORTANT meeting for first-time swim team families.  There will be an opportunity to ask questions at the end.
