Registration is now open for the 2021 Lake Forest Swim and Dive Team. You may visit the website at www.lakeforestswim.com and click on the 2021 Registration tab, or you can click on the following link: 2021 Registration.

Registration is open through May 15th. Registrations will be accepted through May 28 with a $50 late fee and no t-shirt guarantee.

Important to note:

Every swim family is required to work either 3 full meets or 6 half meets. If your child goes to Quals or Champs you will probably also be asked to work at least one of those meets based on need. Failure to complete the volunteer requirements will result in an additional charge to your credit card in the amount of $100.00 per meet missed for a maximum charge of up to $300.00 for the season. You will notice this conditional charge held on your credit card at the end of the registration process. Nothing will be charged unless conditions for volunteering are not met. You will be notified in the event a conditional fee is charged.

Swim meet and volunteer signups will open in May. At that time, you may choose the meets you would like your swimmer(s) to attend and volunteer assignments at the same time.

Please choose all your volunteer jobs for the season prior to the first meet in June. Your swimmer will not be entered into meets until you have indicated which meets you will work on the team website to satisfy your volunteer commitment.

Dive team members only - the conditional charge is for swim only. It will show up on your payment screen but you do not have volunteer requirements that must be met. Therefore, that amount will never be charged.

The Swim Meet Schedule is posted on the website for you to view. Qualifications will take place on July 6th and July 8th with Championships on July 10th or 11th. Please note these dates.  More details to come.
