We are excited for younger swimmer quals, July 11 at Woodhaven! 10 and under swimmers in Quals should arrive at the pool and be checked into their age groups tents by 5:15. Our warm up starts at 5:30 and will be shorter than usual, so be ready! The heat sheet is attached. Also a photo of where we will be set up is attached.

Age group parents, please arrive by 5:00 pm. Please check and make sure all the swimmers in your age group arrive at 5:15. Let Coach Olivia know if anyone is missing. When first call for your group's event is called, Age Group parents will gather all the kids swimming that event and walk them to Clerk of Course. Wait with the kids at Clerk of Course until they are all taken into the Clerk of Course area. Then tell the swimmers to meet you back at the tent when the race is over. You will not be taking the swimmers to the start lanes-- just dropping them at Clerk of Course and waiting until they are all called in.  

Timers, place judges and stroke and turn judges - please be prepared to attend the timers and judges meeting at 5:30 on or near the pool deck. Listen for the announcement!

We again ask for your assistance in keeping non-members out of the family pool and pool area during the meet. 

Please use the main entrance of the pool area to enter the club and then access your team area from inside the pool area.

No outside food or beverages are allowed. Our concession stand and bar will be open for your families food and beverage needs.

Team areas will be marked and outlined on the grass area outside the dive pool.

Please keep kids and families off the golf course and tee boxes, this does include the Par 3 golf course directly behind the Woods of St. Thomas team area.

Please use the designated entries to the dive pool area from your team areas

Hospitality for coaches, officials, and reps will be marked and designated under the Cabana area.

Restrooms for all athletes and families are inside the Cabana area.

Spectators should sit in designated areas around the dive pool or in the designated grassy areas.
