Tomorrow's meet is at Woodhaven Country Club, 7200 Woodhaven Rd, Louisville, KY 40291. All swimmers need to be checked in at their age group tent by 5:15.

Below are some important note from our hosts, please read and be prepared.

• Feel free to have your swimmers bring water bottles, but please do not bring other drinks & snacks into the pool area. This is a Woodhaven Country Club policy. Thanks for your help!
• There will be concessions ie. snacks, drinks, & a limited dinner menu. Cash & cards accepted.
• FYI be ready for a "loud" treat at the half before our "Seniors vs. Coaches Relay"
• The game area & large family pool will be closed during the meet.
• Parking is available in the front WCC lot. Please do not block driveways or park under the breezeway.
• Restrooms are located in the cabana area next to the outside bar.
• No bathing suits (without cover ups) are allowed to be worn inside the dining room area.

If you are an age group parent please check in with the Volunteer Coordinator by 5:00 and get your clipboards and materials so you can start checking in swimmers as they arrive and make sure everyone in your age group is there. All other volunteers need to check in with Volunteer Coordinator Lisa Heineman at the Lake Forest Volunteer Tent by 5:15. All volunteers need to sign in at the Volunteer Tent so we know all volunteers have shown up. If you do not show up and check in with Lisa, the volunteer coordinator, then your credit card will be charged $100 for each missed meet you were supposed to volunteer.

LAST MINUTE CHANGES AND NO SHOWS

If something comes up last minute between now and Monday at meet time, like a swimmer gets sick or there is a family emergency, you must contact Coach OLIVIA on her cell phone 864-525-9197 and let her know as soon as possible. Please contact Coach Olivia directly with last minute issues. You must contact Coach Olivia ahead of time because any changes to the events have to be made in the meet computer, and coaches need time to find replacement swimmers.

Please understand that last minute changes or no shows at meets have great negative downstream effects on other kids and the team’s ability to score points and win the meet. If a swimmer is a no show at a meet, then a lane goes empty that could have been filled with another swimmer from the age group. So someone missed out on a chance to swim. And a no show means a relay is missing a swimmer and the other 3 swimmers in the relay cannot race and have to scratch.
